It is impossible to guarantee peace by empowering just one side; instead, there must be a delicate balance of power between the two camps. Africa cannot and should not turn a blind eye while developing their mighty mussel while working on it. It is not promoting or provoking violence but instead asking Africa to equip itself and defend its territorial integrity and citizens before it is too late.
